Falling in love with Las Vegas is easy to do, however trying to describe it is a formidable challenge. As the self proclaimed "The Entertainment Capital of the World" Las Vegas welcomes 35 million people a year. dazzling sound and light display!.Las Vegas is basically an oasis of neon located in the middle of the Mojave Desert and away from the man-made excitement is a world of natural beauty unlike any other place on earth. Red Rock Canyon's unique rock formations, Mt. Charleston offers hiking, skiing, camping and all the wonderful sensations of the High Sierras. Lake Mead is perfect if you're into water sports. The Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Death Valley are all short hops from the Strip.
