 Las Vegas is one of America's hottest restaurant cities. It is a place where you can literally find anything and everything, however selective your tastes may be, to health foods & freshly-squeezed vegetable & fruit juices, to a staggering cosmopolitan choice of world cuisine. Each new hotel resort brings its own range and choice of dining options, with the now obligatory celebrity chefs opening copies of their famous signature restaurants. While bargain buffets and coffee shops still abound, the arrival of the celeb chefs has left its mark on the hardcore steak houses and buffets -- many of the buffets have moved away from pile it high and have gone upmarket. Then there are the themed restraunts where the range is staggering, Medieval Times sits next to Arabian Nights and Star Trek dinners can be followed by NACSAR meals.
Vegas has them all -- from Star Trek to NASCAR -- there's something for everyone's taste. you can buy virtually any kind of food in Las Vegas' but if you love Chinese or Mexican food then you're in culinary paradise. Of course not forgetting the traditional American Steak and Ribs, and other mouth watering Combo’s. Vegas really has it all.
The restaurant growth has been designed toward satisfying the high rollers, who are fed for free whilst placing bets at the blackjack and baccarat tables, but Las Vegas ’s reputation as a culinary capital is also drawing attention from those who simply enjoy fine dining.
In Las Vegas's the tendency to do everything to an extreme could create the possibility that there will be too many top class spectacular restaurants , but there's no sign of that yet, and the choice is spectacular, taking many return visits to experience all the restaurants
