Pricing & Costings

All prices displayed on the Vegasdirect website are those supplied by our tour operators and suppliers and may reflect their advertised minimum price. The final holiday balance may vary from that advertised as a result of in-flight meal charges/airport security charges/local taxes etc. You’re final booking price will be confirmed on the system prior to booking alternatively please speak to one of our staff to confirm your final booking price.

All prices are subject to availability and can increase or decrease from those advertised until a firm booking has been made. Vegasdirect cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information featured, however, we take every possible measure to ensure that all the details are correct at the time of entry. Child discounts may apply and are based upon the child being of the required age on the return date of travel. The prices shown will be based on certain occupancy levels for the accommodation so in some cases supplements may apply. In many cases, certain tour operators will add additional supplements at the time of booking, e.g. Transfer fees in resort. These will be added to the total cost of your holiday and will be advised to you before the booking is made.

ATOL Policy
The air holidays advertised on this website are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority and Avista Travel acts as agents for licensed tour operators. Flight bookings are also ATOL protected except when tickets foe scheduled flights are issued within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payments is made direct to the airline. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK . All Holidays are subject to availability

Correct Spelling of Names, Titles
All names, titles and initials of those travelling should be correctly given at the time of booking.  Changes cannot be made at a later date without extra charges being incurred.  Please note too, that correct ages are required for insurance cover within the following bands: (Under 3) (3-18), (Over 65).

Tour Operator Booking Conditions
Your legal contract is with the tour operator (or airline) specified on your confirmation receipt. Vegasdirect/avista travel acts as your agent. You must have read and understood their booking conditions. These can usually be found in the back of the tour operators brochure, please contact us if you require a copy of the booking conditions.

All timings are provisional and are subject to change under your tour operators terms and conditions.

Any special requests will be notified to the tour operator but under your tour operators booking conditions cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to make any changes to your holiday, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing from the person who made the booking. Any amendment or cancellation will result in charges.
Any complaints regarding your holiday must be received in writing within 28 days from the date of return. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the tour operator without delay and complete a report form in resort.

The lead named passenger is responsible for ensuring the total balance is paid.

Payment of Deposits and Balances
If your holiday is booked inside 12 weeks of departure, the full cost of your holiday is due. Outside of 12 weeks a deposit plus any insurance premiums (if applicable) must be paid.
Please note that Vegas Direct will not send you a reminder when your balance is due.
If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the principal who may cancel your booking which result of loss of deposit in the first instance and then cancellation charges based on the rates charge by the tour operator. Please see the tour operator terms and conditions for full details.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and times given or quoted should circumstances make necessary. Prior notice will be given in most circumstances. We can only guarantee against fare increases when the full balances are paid in full at time of booking.

GENERAL
We do not make any charges for deposits or final balances when paid by Debit Cards. Deposits and final balances paid by Credit Cards are subject to a 2% handling fee. Payments made by cheque require 7 working days for clearance.

INSURANCE
It is a booking condition of all tour operators & suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. Passengers must take out travel insurance and details of our special facilities are available. Neither we nor any of our Agents or Servants shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, and injury. Delay or inconvenience whatsoever to any traveller or his luggage or other personal property sustained or suffered in, or during, any passage, journey, trip or stay, or in respect of any accommodation or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked through us. In the case that you decline insurance you may be asked to sign an indemnity form, or provide details of alternative cover. No insurance will be issued until the full premium has been received.

PASSPORTS, VISA AND HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport (with a minimum 6 months validity from the date of return) and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other Authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.

ALTERATIONS
Our receipt of a deposit and the lodging of a booking form does not constitute confirmation of the booking. Confirmation or otherwise is given separately in a form of an ATOL receipt for flight inclusive bookings.

CONFIRMATION
Passengers should assume that all bookings made are sold on a totally non-refundable basis unless otherwise advised by us. All cancellations by a client must be in writing. If a client cancels a booking the deposit will be retained by us as fee to cover expenses, but clients are liable for all expenses and liabilities incurred by us if these exceed the deposit.

FORFEITURE OF RESERVATIONS
All final balances must be paid at least 12 Weeks before departure or the date given at time of booking in writing or orally. If they are not paid we reserve the right, which may be exercised without any notice to the passenger whatsoever, to cancel the reservation and retain any balances.

RECONFIRMATION
Where a passenger has to reconfirm a flight or return booking it is their responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused by not doing this.

VALIDITY OF TICKETS
Return tickets are only valid for dates specified on the tickets unless a change is made by the company, or at the passengers request and make an additional charge at our discretion.

INFORMATION GIVEN IN THE BOOKING FORM
We therefore do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any inconvenience or financial loss caused by wrong information being supplied to the company. Information given in the Booking form is accepted by the Avista Travel as being correct unless subsequently amended in writing.

Website Accuracy
Vegasdirect/avista travel do not warrant that the material and contents contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, and that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.

All holidays listed on this web site are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should the holiday you have requested not be available our travel consultant will endeavour to offer you an alternative.
